This Privacy Policy explains what information Eloo LLC, doing business as Virro ("Virro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at virrolife.com, our online store, our email and text-message communications, and our other Virro-branded consumer products and services, except where a product has its own separate privacy policy (for example, the Virro Waypoint app), which then governs that product.

1. Information we collect
**Information you give us directly.** When you place an order, create an account, join our waitlist or presale, sign up for emails or text messages, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and any information you include in messages to us. When you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
**Information collected automatically.** When you visit our website we automatically collect standard technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps — through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6). We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used.
**Information from third parties.** We may receive information from our service providers — for example, order and shipping status from our fulfillment and carrier partners, or fraud-screening signals from our payment processor.
**Text-message (SMS) information.** If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (including the date, time, and method of opt-in). See Section 4 for how we handle this.
## 2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders and manage your account.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Send you transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, presale and delivery notices).
- Send you marketing emails and, if you have opted in, marketing text messages — you can opt out of either at any time.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and products.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful or unlawful activity.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
## 3. How we share your information
We share personal information only as described here. **We do not sell your personal information.**
- **Service providers.** We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — including e-commerce and hosting (e.g., Shopify), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), shipping and fulfillment (e.g., ShipStation and carriers), email and CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
- **Legal and safety.** We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Virro, our customers, or others.
- **Business transfers.** If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
## 4. Text messaging (SMS/A2P) and your mobile data
If you opt in to our text-message program, the following applies.
**Consent.** We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Virro at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
**Message types and frequency.** Messages may include order and shipping updates, presale and delivery notices, account or support messages, and — if you opt in to marketing — promotional messages. Message frequency varies.
**Rates.** Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
**Opting out and help.** You can cancel at any time by replying **STOP** to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply **HELP** or email Support@virrolife.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
**How we protect your mobile information.** No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in and consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our messaging platform), and only so they can deliver messages on our behalf. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose.
## 5. Marketing choices
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You will still receive non-marketing transactional messages related to your orders and account.
## 6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
## 7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes — including fulfilling orders, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and complying with tax and legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. Order and financial records are retained as required by applicable law.
## 8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
- **U.S. state privacy laws.** Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and others — may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, to opt out of "sales," "sharing," and targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the way those terms are defined by these laws.
- **How to exercise your rights.** Submit a request by emailing Support@virrolife.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
## 10. Children's privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at Support@virrolife.com and we will delete it.
## 11. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
